You can combine the two trinkets to have a Wasting character who won't die from the Curse and also isn't completely crippled. There's also the Fasting Seal which gives some pretty big seeming buffs if you're Wasting. aside other damage still can kill the character despite having the rat carcass equip ? but what about stacking it with matyr's seal trinket ? i mean it still provide the extra resist against death door ? so i just have to accept the risk for the specific crimson curse character to provide big ass damage while having vestal or occultist ( which is kinda double down gamble) to heal (and provided tht crim char have faster SPD to start first ) what you mean is only good against death door from crimson curse.
